(CODG) opened our office in Guelph in 1996 with the goal of helping people to function at their personal best.  We believe that when people have pain, weakness, or other challenges, and mobility is impaired, we are not able to fully participate in the activities that we love. Foot orthotics, also known as foot orthoses (sing. foot orthosis), inserts, arch supports or foot supports are medical devices that are used to help support, align, correct or protect the feet.  Foot orthotics are used as treatment for many different maladies including rheumatoid arthritis, plantar fasciitisdiabetic neuropathy, patellofemoral syndrome and metatarsalgia.
