Canadian Board for Certification of Prosthetists and Orthotists (CBCPO) is a national organization that has been "established with the sole mandate of recognizing proficiency in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics. The ultimate goal is to protect the consumer in this relatively new field by setting the benchmark of professionalism. CBCPO maintains strict guidelines for ethics, professionalism, service and accountability.
